The legal basis for processing personal data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which involves handling correspondence and conducting direct marketing of its own products and services, including for analytical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Access to your data will be available to our employees, subcontractors, and entities providing services on our behalf (e.g., IT and technical support services) to the extent necessary for handling correspondence. Your data will be stored for the period necessary to process the inquiry or objection, and, if consent is given under Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law, until it is withdrawn, and in the case of communication occurring within the framework of a contract, until the contract is performed and the period for filing any contractual claims expires. You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability,
• Object at any time to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation,
• Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
